Meet our Founders

  • Alberto Moro - CEO

    After growing up across eight cities and competing as Italy’s top youth beach volleyball player, Alberto pursued a BSc in Business Administration. Alongside his studies, he worked in the high-tech industry, gaining experience in data analytics and commercial strategy. Driven by people, performance, and healthy living, Alberto brings the discipline of sport and the curiosity of business to everything he does - including building AURA.

  • Mattia Sferrazza - CTO

    Having grown up in Thailand, Mattia developed an international mindset from an early age. Constantly driven to learn and improve, he gained experience through multiple internships, including in the high-tech sector. After graduating cum laude in Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence, he is now pursuing a Master’s in AI at the University of Amsterdam. AURA represents his next step - blending curiosity, technology, and ambition to create something that fuels better performance every day.

Our Mision and Vision

To fuel students with clean, functional hydration and energy: high-quality, transparent, and built for the real demands of student life.

We're starting here, in Tilburg, the city that shaped us, but AURA is just getting started.

Our goal is to expand across student cities in the Netherlands and beyond, powered by a grassroots AURA Ambassador Program. We want to build a network of students who believe in showing up as their best selves, every day, energized, focused, and hydrated.
