Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting auraelectrolytes.nl or purchasing anything from us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.
1. Definitions
In these Terms: “AURA”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Aura Electrolytes B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands. “Customer”, “you”, and “your” refer to the individual or entity accessing our site or purchasing our products. “Site” means auraelectrolytes.nl and its subdomains. “Products” refer to our electrolyte sachets (sold in bags of 20) and any other items we make available. “Services” include our e-commerce platform, customer support, and any related features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order with us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Our electrolyte sachets are classified as food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have an existing medical condition.
4. Information Accuracy
We aim to keep all content on the Site accurate and up to date. However, minor discrepancies may occasionally occur due to product updates, ingredient variations, or rounding differences in nutritional labeling.
For example, while our packaging may state “0 calories”, the product contains approximately 3 kcal per serving, which is considered nutritionally negligible and within EU rounding tolerance limits for “0 kcal” claims.
We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies and to update our labeling or website information accordingly.
5. Prices and Availability
All prices on the Site are listed in euros (€) and include Dutch VAT unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or change services without notice. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or terminations of the Services.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order on the Site, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding agreement is only formed when we accept the order by sending a shipping confirmation email. We may reject any order at our sole discretion, particularly if fraud or misuse is suspected.
7. Payment
We accept secure payment via Shopify Payments, iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna, and major credit cards. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. All transactions are processed in euros (€).
8. Shipping and Customs
Estimated delivery times shown during checkout are indicative and not guaranteed. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery. If your order is shipped internationally, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees unless otherwise stated.
9. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy is an integral part of these Terms and is available on our Site. This includes your right under EU law to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, as well as our 30-day return policy for unopened products. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this policy.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers, discounts, or codes may be provided occasionally. These offers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to cancel promotions at any time.
11. Prohibited Use
